You will utilize the NovaStor Logging App which will compile all of the NovaBACKUP and System related logs in to a single .ZIP file to then utilize the Choose File button near the bottom of this page labeled as "Attach Logs using NovaStor Logging App" to attach your log set .ZIP file produced with NovaStor Logging App to attach to this ticket for us to investigate your issue in depth.
