Antivirus DLL is missing or can not be loaded.

This error is caused by a missing or corrupted Antivirus file in the NovaStor Application Data directory. To correct the issue you will need to delete the files listed below and restart the NovaBACKUP software and related services:
 

On current versions of Windows (Vista and Windows Server 2008 or above) these files are located in the ProgramData folders:

C:\ProgramData\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nvcbin 

C:\ProgramData\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nvcmacro 

C:\ProgramData\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nse_w32.dll

On prior versions of Windows (XP / Server 2003) they will be located in the All Users\Application Data folders:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nvcbin 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nvcmacro 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\nse_w32.dll
 

Once you've removed these files (if they exist) you will need to exit the NovaBACKUP application and restart the "NovaStor NovaBACKUP Backup/Copy Engine"
