CMC not showing correct connection status

In version 12.5 the connection between Client and CMC server has been greatly improved. You now have the ability to shorten or increase the amount of time when the agent or the CMC server attempt to verify connection.


CMC Server Side Configuration:


Launch the CMC and click on the "Configuration" tab. Here you can change the Agent Connection status check interval in the event you have certain clients that are not connecting frequently enough.

Agent Side Configuration:

Only adjust if above value changes do not correct problem.

Open in notepad. At the bottom of config file you should see the setting.

This setting is how often the agent will attempt to connect to the CMC server. For very fast reporting and checking information you can set the value to "5" minutes.
