Unable to See Files for Import

If you can not see files for import then you need to set Windows to show file extensions for known file types.

 

  • Double Click On My Computer Icon,
  • Go to Tools >> Folder Options,
  • Click on the "View" tab,
  • Click [Advanced Settings]
  • Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" then click [Apply] and [OK].
  • Start NovaBackup and you should be able to import backups.
