The Central Management Console allows you to utilize Windows Environment variables to customize job scripts. This gives you greater flexibility in creating backup jobs (scripts) that can be run on groups of computers you are monitoring.
There are also a few device variables you can use when creating the jobs:
- [NET] for network devices
- [DISK] for local disk drives
- [XSP] for xSP devices
- [TAPE] for the first tape drive.
