How do I transfer my license from an old computer that I no longer use and has been retired, to my new computer?

Your NovaBACKUP license is transferable. When you purchased your NovaBACKUP product, you were provided a License Key via email.


Simply install your NovaBACKUP software onto the new PC. You can add the license key by doing the following:

  • Open up the NovaBACKUP software
  • In the upper right corner, click "Help" >> "License..."
  • Enter your license key (do to its length, we recommend copy/paste to avoid errors)
  • Click [Ok]


And you should be able to activate your NovaBACKUP software on the new computer.
