Not able to see the ESXi / vSphere Server

If you are running the NovaBACKUP Business Essentials Virtual Edition, and you are not seeing the VMWare server listed in the backup selection window, please verify the following:

  1. You have created an entry for your VMWare server in the Settings > Default Settings > VMware Servers screen.
  2. Verify on the configuration tab of your server that the "vStorage APIs"

If vStorage APIs does not appear, you will need to upgrade your ESX/vsphere license.
