Accounts missing from Storage Server Configuration Manager

This article addresses the following situation:

You have upgraded to xSP Storage Server v11.1 from a previous version, but when you open the configuration manager your customer’s accounts are missing.

This issue can be resolved by running a couple of database queries to update the associated Storage Server tables.
