Before submitting a ticket, please review this article regarding some helpful system logs and information you can provide that may enable us to identify and fix your issue faster: How do I submit a Support Request online?  If your ticket involves more than a simple question please attach your log set to the ticket by reading the How-To Guide for Attaching Logs to a Ticket. You will download and run NovaStor Log Collector which will compile logs in to a .ZIP file and then use the 'Attach Logs' function below to attach the .ZIP file to allow us to investigate the issue in depth.

NovaBACKUP support request

10MB size limit. If larger use LogCollector Uploads (2GB limit). After submitting this ticket you will be emailed a Case # to use there.

After submitting your case you will receive an email that contains your Case #. You will reference that Case # when calling the NovaStor Support Team and when utilizing the LogCollector Uploads system.
