Adding new Organization for every Customer:
On the left side, click on Tab ORGANIZATIONS, and click on the button +New Organization
Fill the boxes with your data.
Auto license vs number of seats -> Automatically select seats or specify how much max. is saved
Then from your portal - login as client
Then in admin account log in (incl authentication + accepting access)
Dropsuite - create global admin
- Follow steps
- Copy email, password + code
- Go to devicelogin page -> tipp: open in incognito (first code; then request to login to backup account)
- App authentication set up
- Log in for powershell
- Then close the window and "verify + continue" in prior window
Sign in one more time with that new email/password
Then mailbox list is retrieved & backups can be set up
To return to the partner portal, click on log out at the top right
