LogViewer.exe text too small

For systems using DPI scaling, you need to override the High DPI settings in the properties for LogViewer.exe.

NOTE: This will only work for Windows 10 version newer than April 2018 (Windows 10, 1803)

This executable is located at:

'C:\Program Files\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\LogViewer.exe'

1. Using Windows File Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files\NovaStor\NovaStor NovaBACKUP\
2. Look for LogViewer.exe
3. Right-click->Properties
4. Open the "Compatibility" tab
5. Select [Change high DPI settings]
   ​ 
6. Select the checkbox "☑ Override high DPI scaling behavior."
   ​
7. [OK] out of all open Properties dialogs
8. Attempt to open a log from within the software.
   • The difference between the High DPI Scaling options are:
     • Application: This will use the monitors DPI settings
     • System: This will do will magnify everything. You may get blurriness
     • System (Enhanced): Same as System, but Windows may manage it more
