Access is denied for Scheduled Image/DR job (DuplicateTokenEx, error=0x80070005)

This guide is only applicable to the Scheduled Image Backup (previously called Disaster Recovery) which is the bare metal image function of NovaBACKUP:
If you receive the error "Operation Failed: Function: DuplicateTokenEx, error=0x80070005, Access is denied" when attempting to run your Scheduled Image Backup/Disaster Recovery image job then you will need to do the following:
This is a permissions issue, even though it doesn't seem like anything is entered incorrectly and the user should have full access. This is common with Disaster Recovery, you may notice that file backup jobs never need to have this done but Scheduled Disaster Recovery images, even though everything looks good, seems to fail right away when starting the writing of the .NDF image file to your destination device. To resolve this you will need to set the Scheduled Image Backup/Disaster Recovery job in NovaBACKUP to run the job as a new local administrator account (or a new domain administrator account if working on a Domain Controller):
- Create a NEW local administrator user account (or a new domain administrator user account if working on a Domain Controller) on the system that NovaBACKUP is running onand assign a password to that user; the password for this account cannot be blank. Make sure that new user is added to the "Administrators" group.
- If you already have a scheduled Disaster Recovery job which exists in your "Schedule" tab then double-click on that Scheduled Disaster Recovery job entry and set the "Run as specified user" to the new user account that you created in step 1.
- If you do not already have a scheduled Disaster Recovery job then you can create one from the "Home" tab and then click on "Disaster Recovery" and then click "Disaster Recovery Schedule" and then create a Scheduled Disaster Recovery job and when you get the last screen you will select "Run as specified user" and choose the new local admin user account that you created in step 1.
- Repeat step 3 if you have any other Scheduled Disaster Recovery jobs listed in your "Schedule" tab.
NOTE: Manually created Disaster Recovery jobs will not work with this method, only "Disaster Recovery Scheduled" jobs can have the "Run as specified user" entry set.
This should resolve this issue.
