If you get a “Navigation to the webpage was canceled” message when you open the chm, you will need to unblock it:

1. Right-click on the chm file in windows explorer and select the “Properties” menu item.

2. Click the “Unblock” button near the bottom of the properties page.

3. Re-open the file.
