NovaBACKUP CMon Dashboard fails to display in browser

Upon logging into the NovaBACKUP Portal, you may encounter an issue where no agent or agent job history is displayed:
This issue is most commonly caused by an installed adblocker on the web browser you are using. You can further troubleshoot if that is the case by trying a different browser, or logging into your NovaBACKUP dashboard using a different computer, to see if you can replicate the issue.
Suggested fix for common web browsers (Chrome/Internet Explorer/Firefox):
Google Chrome
In your Chrome browser, you should see a list of enabled Extensions in the upper right corner of the top toolbar, which may look something like this:
In this example, both Adblock Plus and uBlock Origin extensions are installed.
You can right-click on these extension icons to Remove them completely from your browser, or alternately, you can add the NovaBACKUP portal to the Extension's "Trusted Sites" list, which will prevent any NovaBACKUP site components from being blocked in the future.
You can access these Extension settings & trusted sites list within Google Chrome by clicking either the puzzle-shaped icon, or the three horizontal dots on the right and then selecting "Settings".
Within the Extensions page, you will see a list of all installed browser extensions. For this example, you can see that uBlock is installed and enabled as the slider in the bottom-right corner indicates:
Select "Details", then "Extension Options":
On the first blank line, enter "portal.online-backup.com", then "Apply changes":
You should now be able to refresh your NovaBACKUP CMon Dashboard and see all the necessary information. In some cases, you may need to close all instances of your browser, and start a new browser session.
