Cloud Restore
This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to restore backup files stored in the cloud, onto a new/different machine.
Note: You will need to install the NovaBackup software on the machine you want to restore to, prior to following the steps below.
1) Within NovaBACKUP, select the "Device" tab.
2) Select the "Add" button.
3) From the drop-down menu, select "NovaBACKUP Cloud Account", then click "OK".
4) In the "Server Name or IP Address" box, enter the following address: "backup.online-backup.com". Alternatively, we have a dedicated cluster only for file restores, that can reduce the restoration time. To use that cluster, enter "restore.online-backup.com" in the box instead.
