NovaBACKUP 21.x
NovaBACKUP 21.x (current version) PC Agent, Server Agent & Cloud version specific articles. Articles in the 1st "NovaBACKUP - Articles (applies to 21.x and newer versions)" section in this category are all currently supported articles iif the current 21.x client version is used; and the Technical Support team can assist you directly with the contents of these articles if you cannot perform them yourself, or if you run into a problem in that case, for the articles in that 1st section. The 2nd "NovaBACKUP - Articles (applies to all versions still)" section in this category is special because it covers some articles that you can still do in 21.x, but they typically are covering the legacy features of the software (if you do enable legacy device support in 21.x that is); the articles in that 2nd section can still apply to the current 21.x client version, since the 21.x client version does still have support for legacy devices (but that is not default enabled), and the older legacy version clients. All of the articles in this current "NovaBACKUP 21.x" category, in the 1st "NovaBACKUP - Articles (applies to 21.x and newer versions)" section in this category, are able to be directly supported by the Technical Support team (as long as the client version used is 21.x), however the Techical Support team can only provided a limited amount of direct support for the articles in the 2nd "NovaBACKUP - Articles (applies to all versions still)" section in this category, due to not all of the articles in that 2nd section are confirmed to work in the 21.x client version, or otherwise reason (in that case the end user can still attempt the steps or advice in the articles in that 2nd section, but that team may not be able to provide direct support for those articles). Note: In order to get direct support it is required to have valid and current NovaCare Support on your license key (which will be verified beforehand), and only the last two major versions can be directly supported (which are the 21.x and 20.x client versions in that case at this time).
