NovaStor Logging App does not generate a *.zip file on the desktop

Problem:
I executed the NovaStor Logging App on my system and it terminated without any error messages. Still, I cannot find the zip file on my desktop.
Solution:
Please check if you are using a roaming profile. The Logging App will save the output file in the local path to your desktop and may not displayed on your current desktop. You may find your desktop folder here (Windows default setting):
C:\Users\<your username>\Desktop
