NovaBACKUP PC/Server/BE v18.x and newer
The installation of NBK PC/Server/BE fails or the backups fail with an error message:
Try turning off the Anti-Virus Software (AVS) completely and run the backup/image job again. In some cases, the backup/image will only work after the AVS has been completely uninstalled.
If the backup/image works, activate/reinstall AVS and configure AVS exception rules for NovaBACKUP file extensions, directories or processes in AVS:
