How to stop/restart NovaBACKUP services

NovaBACKUP v19.x 

If a backup get stuck and does not terminate automatically you do not need to reboot the system.

First try to stop all NovaBACKUP processes and services: 

Close all NovaBACKUP windows.
Open Windows Task Manager.
Open "Details" tab.
Stop these processes/services:

- drdiag.exe (= Disaster Recovery Imaging)
- NovaBackupX.exe (= NovaBACKUP GUI)
- nsservice.exe (= NovaBACKUP Backup/Copy Engine)
- nsCtrl.exe (= NovaTray in Task Bar)

Open NovaBACKUP GUI, this will restart all NovaBACKUP services automatically.

If stop/restart of these services fails you must actually reboot the system.
